Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to appointment requests and sessions booked through Helen Wellness.
BOOKINGS
Appointments are confirmed once submitted. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
CANCELLATIONS
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no shows may be subject to a fee.
HEALTH & CONSENT
Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session. You may ask for pressure, focus areas, or draping to be adjusted at any time and specify what type of service you need.
CONDUCT
Clients must be 18 years or older and agree to these terms to book a session. All sessions are professional.
PAYMENT
A 50% advance is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due once the session is complete.
